The Diocese of Peterborough and Ely, together with other denominations we were again at the East of England

The Tent again provided hospitality and refreshment for those who came, serving the best tea and coffee on the showground.

It also provided a place for prayer at the beginning and end of each day

The majority of the displays were provided by the Arthur Rank Centre.

We also featured displays about the Churches' response to Foot and Mouth and the role of the ARC-Addington Fund.

Prince Charles was the president of the Show and he wanted to meet Canon Fogden, one of the prime movers in setting up the fund initially. As the Church Tent wasn't on his route a "satellite" display was set up.

To keep our feet on the ground we were privileged to have God's Holy Fool with us again, Roly Bain

Though as you can see, he spent much of the time up in the air!
